CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON BELOW INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT AND INTEND TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT‚ YOU CONSENT TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT IN ELECTRONIC FORM‚ YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE COMPANY YOU REPRESENT‚ AND YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

USER PROFILE CHANGES; ACCOUNT TERMINATION REQUESTS

You may access and modify your account information at any time by logging into the site and clicking on “My Profile” on the right-hand navigation bar. After modifying your information‚ you will need to click on “Save Profile Changes” at the bottom of the page. If you would like to terminate your UAS account‚ please send an email to info@ultimateaviationsolutions.com and include your name‚ phone number‚ and email address with your request for account termination. Please note that termination of your account may limit your ability to order future products and services via UAS.com and our online ordering system.

TERMS OF SALE
All orders placed by you for products and services shall be governed by UAS’s Terms of Sale . PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH UAS ARE GOVERNED BY A SEPARATE AGREEMENT SIGNED BY UAS THAT PROVIDES THAT IT WILL GOVERN ANY TRANSACTION WITH YOU‚ THEN THE TERMS OF SUCH AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL.

Upon submission of this Registration Agreement‚ you will need to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for controlling or monitoring use of your username and password. You agree not to allow any other person or entity access to your username and password or the ability to purchase products and services from your account‚ and you agree to take actions necessary to maintain the confidentiality of and prevent unauthorized use of your user name and password. You agree to notify UAS immediately if you know or have reason to believe that your username and password are being used by an unauthorized user or in an unauthorized manner. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY‚ DEFEND‚ AND HOLD UAS HARMLESS FOR ANY LOSSES‚ CLAIMS‚ OR DAMAGES‚ HOWEVER ARISING‚ INCLUDING THROUGH NEGLIGENCE‚ ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

UAS will periodically require you to change your password for security purposes. If you do not change your password when the pop up box appears‚ access to your account may be suspended or terminated. At such time‚ you may also be asked to re–affirm your acceptance of the terms of this Registration Agreement‚ including the terms attached to this Registration Agreement.

AGREE TO ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

THESE TERMS MAY ONLY BE AMENDED BY UAS IN A WRITING MANUALLY EXECUTED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF UAS. OTHER INFORMATION RETAINED BY UAS ABOUT YOU MAY BE REVIEWED‚ CORRECTED OR EDITED BY YOU OR BY CONTACTING UAS AS SET FORTH ABOVE (THOUGH‚ IN SOME SITUATIONS‚ DELETING CERTAIN INFORMATION MAY NOT BE TECHNICALLY FEASIBLE AND TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH A REQUEST FROM YOU TO DELETE SUCH INFORMATION).

WHILE YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR CONSENT TO USE AN ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT TO GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FROM UAS‚ YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER FUTURE AGREEMENTS SOLELY IN ELECTRONIC FORM. YOUR CONSENT MAY BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING UAS AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS SET FORTH ABOVE. NO FEES OR OTHER PENALTIES WILL TAKE EFFECT SOLELY AS A RESULT OF YOUR DECISION TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT TO AN ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
